Cancellation Policy

We require a deposit for some of our service bookings. Please provide 24-hour notice for rescheduling or cancellation. If we do not receive your cancellation or rescheduling request prior to 24- hour notice the deposit will not be returned. We do understand that emergencies arise and sometimes life challenges are out of your control, if you have an emergency that causes the need to reschedule or cancel, please reach out to us personally and we will determine on a case-by-case basis if the deposit will be returned. We accept cash, personal check, debit and credit cards. A 3% convenience fee will be applied to all debit and credit card transactions. Cash and check payments are not subject to a surcharge.
